Jenny Morris is Amazing!!!
Well I don't know how many of you read Jenny's blog a couple of weeks ago, but in it she spoke about how she couldn't run 8 miles. Well she did that plus more! She ran 10 miles with sore feet, a sore ankle, and in Cedar's crazy wind. She was awesome! She never gave up. So don't let her fool ya! She acts like she can't do it, but she some how whips it out of nowhere. So in a couple of weeks she will run a half marathon with me. Does that sound like someone who can't run 8 miles, I don't think so!

My Wonderful Husband!
Well since Valentine's Day was last Saturday, I decided I should write how wonderful my husband is. Since work has started to get busy with tax season, Levi has been so helpful around the house. He does the dishes, he makes the bed, he makes dinner, and he vacuums around the house. I can't explain how great it is to have a helpful husband. Then, everytime I come home from work or school and I am stressed out, he just holds me and talks to me. And we end up laughing our heads off. I love it! Being married is so much fun!

I did it!!!
Well this last weekend I ran my first half marathon and I finished! Right before Thanksgiving, I decided that was going to run this race. So I dragged my Aunt Jill into running the race with me. She has already ran this half marathon, so I knew that she would be up for it. I was able to run the race in 1 hour and 55 minutes, which is good. I was glad to be under 2 hours. Hopefully, I can train to lower my time for the next half marathon.
My mom, Kellie, and my Aunt Jill's girls came down to St. George. The girls didn't watch us run the race, but my mom and Levi were there at the finishline. I was so grateful to have some support, cause I was starting to get pretty tired at the end. We had a great weekend with all of the girls. We went shopping, went to a movie, and tons of other things.
The last two pictures are from our trip to New Orleans. The one is Levi and I in front of the Superdome and the second picture is us on a swamp tour.

Since Levi graduated in May and I just recently graduated, we decided to go on a trip instead of giving each other gifts. We decided to go to Florida, where it was nice and warm. We spent a couple of nights in Fort Lauderdale, then a two day cruise to the Bahamas, and then three nights in Orlando. We went to the beach, went on an airboat ride in the everglades, went to Universal Studios, and did lots of shopping. We had great time. It was fun to get away from work and school and to have just the two of us together. We got back on the 23rd and then the 24th we went to Delta. We had a great Christmas. Our parents gave us way more than we deserved. My parents gave us a to trip to New Orleans to watch the Sugar Bowl and Levi's parents gave us a big, huge down comforter and table and chairs for outside. Levi gave me new dress clothes and a new game for our Wii. Levi got some new clothes as well and a new suit. We were able to stay in Delta until Sunday. We went tubbing on Friday and Saturday we went to Provo to go shopping. Overall, we have had a great couple of weeks. I also added pictures from my New York trip with the girls in my family.

Graduation, Oh So Sweet! And Say Bye to Levi's Truck

Well the last couple of days have been interesting. Well I guess we will do the bad news first. Levi's truck started on fire last night. No joke! He went to one of his friend's house for a seminar. He was in the house for like 5 minutes, when a kid knocked on the door and informed the group that a truck was on fire. Levi ran out and sure enough, it was his truck. He saw 15 foot flames coming from the hood of his truck. They called the fire department and the fire department had to pry open the hood, because it was melted shut. It ended up burning the whole engine. It didn't burn anything in the cab, but it smells really bad. It smells like burnt plastic and rubber. The fire department thinks it was an electrical problem. The weird thing is that Levi's truck was a 2005 GMC with only 45,000 miles on it. So we are hoping they total the truck and then we will deal with a new truck later. I would say that we ran into a little bad luck. Levi was so sad. He didn't sleep an ounce last night.
Second, I finally graduate with my bachelors in accounting this semester! It feels so good to graduate. But unfortunately, I am not done yet. I am starting next semester on my masters of accountancy. This will only take a year. So next fall I will be done for good. I will then take the CPA exam. So I still have a few more items of business to complete.

I'm Back!!!
So I have been a slacker. This past month has been so crazy. Well I will try to sum up the month of November in this post. First, Levi and I got to go to the Utah game with my family. Levi and I sat in the red zone with all of the crazy Utah fans. It was so much fun. We were laughing the whole time! It was awesome to see the Utes KILL byu! Go Utes!
I also had a disappointing time in November. Last year in November, I heard that Celine Dion was performing in Salt Lake November 2008, so my cousin Katie and I bought tickets a year in advance. We have been so excited for it. Well it turns out that the week of the concert, she had problems with her voice or something and had to cancel the concert. That was the biggest disappointment ever! She did reschedule the concert, but I will not be able to go to it. I am very frustrated about this!
The month of November did however end up being a great month. For any of you who didn't know, my mom, Danielle, Kellie and I got to go to New York the weekend after Thanksgiving. It was so much fun! It was crazy there! There were so many people! I have been to New York before, but this time it was busier. We went shopping on black Friday! Wow! Talk about nuts! Then on Saturday, Kellie, Danielle, and I went to Hairspray the musical. It was so cute. Then Sunday we did a dinner cruise around Manhattan. It was neat. So funny story, we had just finished our dinner and we noticed that there was a dance floor. Several people were dancing, and my mom talked me into dancing. Well they play the Boot, Scoot and Boogie. Well apparently, people back east don't know how to do the line dance. So my mom, Danielle, and I were the only ones on the dance floor. And of course, I was getting into it. I was twirling around in the grapevine, kicking my legs up, and doing heel clicks on the turns. Well I was kicking my legs when all of sudden my shoe goes flying off my foot. It was a straight shot at the DJ. Luckily he moved his head and it barely missed. I was so embarrassed. I know, me embarrassed. So I ran and grabbed my shoe and of course started dancing again.
So the month of November was pretty good for the most part. I can't wait for Christmas though. We get to go to Delta and Levi gets to try Sweet Bacon! He is so excited, let me tell ya!
